Tenant Find Only - 6% of 12 Months rent (minimum £750)
Rent Collection - 10% of rent received monthly (£480 for new Tenant find)
Fully Managed - 12% of rent received monthly (£480 for new Tenant find)
Fully Managed + - 18% of rent received monthly (£480 for new Tenant find)
